Mr Truelove is a geologist and experienced company director and is currently technical director of unlisted UK based company Anglo Saxony Mining Ltd, technical director of British Virgin Islands based company Brazil Tungsten Holdings Ltd, non-executive director of ASX listed company Amani Gold Ltd and COO of AIM listed company Panthera Resources Plc. He previously floated, and served as Managing Director of, ASX listed company Southern Cross Goldfields Limited and has held senior positions with Billiton, Newmont, Newcrest and Delta Gold. Mr Truelove has over 35 years of professional experience in the resource industry covering project acquisition, mineral exploration and feasibility studies for gold and tin mineralisation. He has been involved with the discovery and definition of over 15 million ounces of gold and 120,000t tin, plus associated zinc and indium. He also has considerable experience exploring for base metals, iron ore, nickel and diamonds. Mr Truelove has experience working in Australia, Indonesia, India, China, UK, Germany, Zimbabwe, West Africa, South Korea and Brazil. Mr Truelove graduated from Adelaide University obtaining a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours majoring in Geology in 1981.
Dr Marco Roscher
Dr. Marco Roscher is a geologist who graduated from the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany in 2007 followed by a two years Phd thesis on Palaeoclimate reconstruction. He worked for 2 years at the Norwegian Centre of excellence for Physics of Geological Processes at the University of Oslo investigating the past climatic impact of Large igneous provinces. This background provided an excellent grounding in managing large datasets and interpreting results. After joining BEAK GmbH, a German Consultant group, Dr. Roscher was responsible for various projects including: exploration in Rwanda, modelling wastedump stability with artificial neural networks, electronic fieldbook development, prediction mapping and tin exploration in the Saxon Erzgebirge. Since he joined Saxore Bergbau GmbH in 2014 as a managing director he has been responsible for general day to day management, scientific research projects, archive data collection and interpretation, ore processing testwork and local networking. Together with Mr Truelove he has the longest association with the polymetallic Tellerhäuser Project.
